Morocco’s return to African Union: challenges and perspectives

The Royal Institute for Strategic Studies organized, on November 28, 2017, a seminar dedicated to the discussion of the preliminary findings of the study entitled " Morocco’s Return to African Union: challenges and perspectives" to which took part a panel including diplomats, public and private actors as well as academic experts.

This study, which is part of the IRES program on Morocco's external relations and diplomacy, identified the dynamics of African geopolitics, examined the institutional architecture of the African Union and made some strategic proposals to succeed in the integration of Morocco into the African multilateral fora.
