Official bilingualism : what impacts on institutional and societal communication in Morocco ?

The Royal Institute for Strategic Studies organized a seminar, on Wednesday, October 23, 2013, on "Official bilingualism: What impacts on institutional and societal communication in Morocco ?". The ambition was to contribute to the public debate on official bilingualism, as a structuring project that impacts the trajectory of the country, and to encourage reflection on the ways and means to implement it efficiently. The seminar was attended by public representatives, civil society actors and academicians.
