The operationalization of the constitutional prerogatives of the civil society : which impacts on the governance of public policies in Morocco ?
IRES has organized on Wednesday, October 2, 2013, a seminar on the theme: "The operationalization of the constitutional prerogatives of the civil society : which impacts on the governance of public policies in Morocco ? ".
The seminar aimed to engage a dialogue between civil society actors, members of the National Committee Dialogue on civil society, parliamentarians, government officials and academicians, to examine the legal, political, administrative, cultural and economic implications of the institutionalization of constitutional prerogatives offred to civil society. It aimed also to isolate operating tracks whose implementation is likely to contribute to build an advanced participatory democracy in Morocco and thereby improve the governance of public policies and the institutional confidence model.
