As part of the 4th seminar Pre Cop 22, organized by the Ribat Al Fath Association for Sustainable Development on the issue of adaptation to climate change, in view of the 22th World Climate Conference (COP22) in Marrakech on November 2016, Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOUILINE, Director General of the Royal Institute for Strategic Studies, presented a communication, which highlighted the global issue of climate change and emphasized the different types of Morocco's vulnerability to this global phenomenon. The communication addressed, by referring to the studies conducted by IRES on the matter, the key axes for a long term strategic vision of adaptation of the Kingdom to climate change.
