A Cameroonian delegation chaired by Mr. Saidou HAMADOU, Director of Economic Foresight at the Ministry of Economy and territorial Planning and  composed of Mr. Zephirin Roch EMINI EKOUMA, Head of Unit "Governance and crisis prevention "and Assistant to the UNDP Resident Representative in Cameroon, Ms. Diane Vanessa NANA WANDOU and MM. Josué Armand BILONG and Patrick ATEBA ESSOGO, respectively, Statistician-Economist, Expert in Foresight and Strategic Planning and in charge of studies at the same Ministry, were received at the Royal Institute for Strategic Studies (IRES) on January 23, 2019.

The visit of this delegation is part of a study mission to inquire about the experience of IRES in the perspective of the creation of a watch and foresight structure within the Cameroonian Ministry of Economy and territorial Planning.
Besides a presentation of IRES vocation, its missions and activities, as well as its way of functioning, this meeting was an opportunity to present the architecture of IRES advanced strategic watch system, its link with the Institute study programs and the various outputs of this system.
