IRES finalized the 2015 Strategic Reference Report entitled "Panorama of Morocco in the world: major transitions" that highlighted the threats to which Morocco should be prepare, the opportunities that should be sized and the ruptures to be anticipate in order to strengthen the Kingdom international positioning and to take better advantage of its policy of openness.
