Development meeting with the working group to conduct the rural middle class study

The Royal Institute for Strategic Studies (IRES) organized, on 01 October 2019, a development meeting with the working group to carry out the study entitled "How to sustainably develop a middle class in the rural world? ". The purpose of this study is to establish an inventory of this social category and to formulate proposals for its development.
