IRES’ Director General, Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE, facilitated, February 28, 2013 at the headquarter of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, a conference on the theme "Strategic Thinking and enlightenment of foreign policy options". This conference was jointly organized by the Moroccan Diplomatic Club and the Moroccan Academy of Diplomatic Studies.
At this conference, which was attended by senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, former Ambassadors and Moroccan and foreign personalities, emphasis was placed on global structural changes and the need to promote strategic thinking and anticipation culture in order to support foreign policy decisions, through reference to international experiences and to the contribution of IRES in the field.
