GAFA : Reprenons le pouvoir !

The Royal Institute for Strategic Studies (IRES) organized, on Wednesday May 19, 2021, a videoconference dedicated to the presentation and discussion of the book entitled " GAFA : Reprenons le pouvoir !", By its author Joëlle TOLEDANO.

This meeting, which was attended by senior officials from the national institutions as well as international experts on issues related to GAFA regulation and the digital economy, was an opportunity to dissect the economic model of the digital giants and assess the extent of their influence, in particular, on the economy, innovation and competition. The reflection also focused on the current and future challenges of the regulation of digital platforms and the most appropriate measures to regulate their activities
