Her Excellency Mrs. Gloria G. DEL YOUNG, Ambassador of the Republic of Panama to Morocco, paid a courtesy visit to IRES on May 16th, 2016. During this visit, Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE, Director General, presented the Institute missions, its institutional positioning and the issues examined within its work program. At that meeting, it has been agreed to organize a conference on the prospects of cooperation between Morocco and Panama to be hosted by HE the Ambassador.
