Mr. Mohammed Tawfik Mouline, Director General of the Royal Institute for Strategic Studies, facilitated a seminar at the headquarters of the Spanish think tank Real Instituto Elcano under the theme " Morocco-Spain relations: opportunities and shared interests" to which took part a panel of senior representatives of Spanish public and private sector as well as university experts, media and civil society actors.
The seminar, which comes after the official invitation addressed to IRES by Real Instituto Elcano, was devoted to the discussion of key dimensions of bilateral cooperation between Morocco and Spain as well as their prospects in the aftermaths of new regional and international developments. The seminar was also an opportunity to discuss various ways to promote further the cooperation between the two countries and to ensure its sustainability.
