The Royal Institute for Strategic Studies, the Ministry Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of Moroccans living abroad and the Council of the Moroccan community abroad have concluded April 30, 2012, at the headquarters of the Institute, a cooperation agreement aiming to strengthen their collaboration on strategic issue related to migration in its economic, social, political-institutional and societal dimension.
