Spanish delegation, composed of José Luis de la Pena VELA, Ambassador-Director of the Diplomatic School of Spain and Alberto UCELAY URECH, Minister-Counselor at the Spanish Embassy in Rabat visited IRES on April 18, 2013. During the meeting, discussions were held on the respective missions of the two institutions, their mode of operation and the main issues examined within their study programs. Moreover, this visit was an opportunity to investigate possibilities of collaboration between IRES and the Diplomatic School of Spain in the area of international relations.
