A Delegation from the Economic and Monetary Union of West Africa (UEMOA), composed of Khady Evelyne Denise NDIAYE, Strategic Intelligence Officer, and Mr. Joel AMEOGO, Head of SME at the Department of Enterprise Development at the UEMOA Commission, was received at IRES on October 30, 2013. The visit of this Delegation is part of a study mission designed to inquire about the experience of IRES in the perspective of establishing a strategic watch entity within the UEMOA Commission
During this visit, some presentations were made on the architecture of the strategic watch system of IRES, its articulation with the Institute’ study programs and the various outputs generated in this field such as Dashboard, alert and strategic orientations notes.
