Visit of a high-level German delegation

A high-level German delegation, including government, business officials , academic and the members of civil society , accompanied by the First secretary at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Rabat, carried out a visit to The Royal of Strategic Studies (IRES) on october 21, 2019,

At this meeting, which is a part of the formation on the geopolitical of the african continent, organized by The Federal Academy for Security Policy (BAKS), the General Director of the IRES provided some possible answers to the question asked by the German delegation, concerning, in particular, the foundations of the foreign policy of Morocco and, more particularly, of its African policy, relations with Europe , migration, the fight against radicalization and the development model for Morocco.

The discussions highlighted the levers for strengthening Moroccan-German cooperation and the prospects of extending it to other areas of common interest, particularly Africa.
