On April 30, 2014, a working meeting was held with a delegation from Al-Nahrain Center for Strategic Studies, think tank attached to the Head of Government of Iraq, composed of MM. Zaid MAKKI and Ayad FARIS. Took part in the meeting, Mr. Said MOUFTI, Director of Research at IRES.
During this visit, discussions were held on the respective missions of the two institutions, their functioning and the issues examined within their working programs. The visit was also an occasion to investigate possibilities of collaboration between the IRES and the Al-Nahrain Centre for Strategic Studies in areas of common interest.
