Mr. Armando ALBINO ARAFA, Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of Guinea Bissau in Morocco, visited IRES, October 9, 2015. During his meeting with Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE, Director General of the Institute, a presentation was made on IRES’ missions, its institutional positioning as well as the key issues addressed within the framework of its work program. Other aspects were discussed, mainly the recent developments of the situation in Africa and the prospects of strengthening bilateral cooperation between Morocco and Guinea Bissau.
