On March 22nd, 2017, the Director General of IRES, Mr Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE, received a delegation from the Observer Research Foundation, led by Samir SARAN and SUNJOY JOSHI, respectively Vice-President and Director of this Indian institution. Discussions focused, among others, on the possibilities for collaboration between the two institutes in areas of common interest.
