During its visit to IRES on May 3rd, 2016, Dr. Canan ATILGAN, Director of the Regional Program "Political dialogue in southern Mediterranean" at the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS), was received by Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE, Director General of the Institute.
The discussions focused on the challenges and prospects of the political transition in the Southern Mediterranean and the effectiveness of the responses envisaged within the framework of the European Neighborhood Policy, to create an area of peace and prosperity within the euro-Mediterranean region. Took part in this meeting, Mr. Helmut REFIELD, Resident Representative of KAS in Morocco.
