An Ivorian delegation chaired by Mr Séraphin Pierre FOTHIENHORO, Director of Strategic Intelligence within the National Office of Foresight and Strategic Intelligence and composed of MM. Kouamé Sylvestre KOUASSI and Tanontchi Henri ABOU, respectively, Director of Prospective Studies at the National Office of Foresight and Business Intelligence and Assistant Director of Emerging Statistics at the National Institute of Statistics, carried out from 23 to 25 September 2019, a working visit to the Royal Institute for Strategic Studies (IRES).

The visit of this delegation is intended to inquire about the experience of IRES in the perspective of the establishment of an Institutional Mechanism for Strategic Monitoring (MIVS) within the Ivorian Ministry of Planning and Development.

During this visit, the delegation became acquainted within the missions, the way of functioning and the activities of the IRES. Presentations were made on the architecture of the Institute's advanced strategic intelligence system, its link with the study programs and the various publications developed in this area.
