Lieutenant Colonel Joachim ISACSSON, program officer at the Development, Concepts and Doctrine Centre (DCDC), under the British Ministry of defense, paid a visit to IRES, December 8, 2015. The discussions held emphasized key trends for Africa out to 2045, at the political, economic, security and environmental levels. Other aspects were conversed including the place of Africa in the strategic priorities of Morocco and recent developments of the situation in the MENA region.
