Visit to the IRES of Madame Hélène DRAINVILLE

Mrs. Hélène DRAINVILLE, Deputy Minister at the Quebec Ministry of International Relations and La Francophonie was received by the Director General Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE of the Royal Institute for Strategic Studies (IRES), on January 23, 2020.

After a presentation of the Institute, its functioning and its work, the discussions focused on the future of Africa, the new perspective on the continent, the African vision of Morocco and Quebec and the type of relations to be developed jointly in the context of a win-win partnership with Africa.
