During a visit to IRES ,Mr. Riel MILLER, Director of Foresight at UNESCO, was received by Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE, Director General of the Institute. The exchanges held focused on the importance of foresight as tool to decrypt the complexity of the global context. Discussions covered, also, how to promote future studies in order to develop the culture of anticipation and give hope to people in Africa and the Arab world.
