During a visit to IRES, on May 25, 2015, David James MCALLISTER, Member of the European Parliament and former German Minister, was received by Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE, Director General of the Institute. The discussions highlighted the prospects of the European Neighborhood Policy, amidst new realities on the regional and international context. Other aspects were discussed, including the role of Morocco in strengthening cooperation and stability at regional level and the importance of Africa as a strategic depth of the Maghreb and Europe.
