The Royal Institute for Strategic Studies organized January 27, 2016, in partnership with OCP Policy Centre, a meeting on the theme: "What contribution of think tanks to the debate on strategic issues of Morocco ? ".
Attended by senior officials from some government departments, academic experts and civil society actors, the meeting emphasized the reality and prospects of enhancing the culture of think tanks in the case of Morocco.
Other aspects were discussed including the importance to promote linkage between Moroccan think tanks to pool their efforts, strengthen the anchoring of their research work on the strategic priorities of the Kingdom and mobilize more effectively their contribution to the communications effort on Morocco's image abroad.
