The Royal Institute for Strategic Studies (IRES) organized, on Thursday, October 21, 2021, a videoconference devoted to the presentation and discussion of the book entitled " Notre avenir s’écrit dans l’océan ", by Ms. Isabelle AUTISSIER and Mr. Francis VALLAT.
