The Director General of IRES took part, on March 1 and 2, 2021, in the work of the videoconference entitled "The global system in the light of Covid-19", organized by the Issa cultural center in Bahrain.
Dedicated to the determinants of the new global geopolitics, the intervention of Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE identified the priorities and characteristics of the post-Covid State and insisted on the centrality of soft power and the need to renew this world of geopolitical action. The intervention also spoke of the importance of prioritizing collective action, in order to capitalize on the complementarities between countries to increase resilience in a world conducive to the onset of crises similar to the current health crisis.
