The new development model

Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE, Director General of the Royal Institute for Strategic Studies gave a lecture at the round table organized by Groupe X Morocco and the Association of Telecommunications Engineers on the new development model: avenues for reflection. Discussions focused on the limits of the current development model and some polical, institutional, economic, social, cultural and environmental reform proposals, and having in mind the complexity of developing a new model and especially, the difficulties of implementing it.
