Strategic partner of the first edition of the “Africa Digital Economy Forum”, organized, in virtual mode on December 2, 2021, jointly by the Africa Tribune and Huawei Technologies, the Royal Institute for Strategic Studies (IRES) actively participated in the work of this Forum, through a “Keynote Speech presentation” by its Director General, Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE, on the theme “Digital disruption: a lever for change in the service of an autonomous development in Africa”.

Mr. MOULINE's communication, which highlighted the acceleration of digital disruption in the world, attempted to review the opportunities that this disruption offers for the African continent and formulated some proposals with the aim of enabling Africa to leapfrog stages in order to quickly seize this lever of change, opening up access to the world of tomorrow and contributing to the acceleration of its autonomous development.
