Contribution of soft power to Morocco’s global competitiveness : situation and prospects in the light of regional and international transformations

As part of the study program “Global competitiveness and positioning of Morocco in globalized system”, the IRES organized on May 30, 2011 a seminar on "Contribution of soft power to Morocco’s global competitiveness : situation and prospects in the light of regional and international transformations".

The seminar, to which took part a high-level panel composed of former ambassadors, senior officials within the public and private sector and academic experts, was devoted to examine various facets of Moroccan international actions (economic partnership, security cooperation, intercultural dialogue, contribution to international standards ...) and identify the levers of priority actions to undertake by the country to strengthen its capacity to influence, anticipate and adapt to different global geopolitical changes.
