The relations between Morocco and the European Union
As part of its work on Morocco's external relations, IRES organized, on July 26, 2019, a brainstorming session dedicated to relations between the Kingdom and the European Union, in the light of ongoing changes within this area.
During this meeting, political and economic aspects of these relations were discussed, as well as the prospects of it evolution in in the light of the Brexit in the European landscape, the rise of populist movements and tensions with the United States, and Russia, competition with China, ...
Speakers also discussed the possible modalities for implementation of the Euro-Moroccan Partnership for Shared Prosperity, particularly those that are in line with the Kingdom's strategic orientations.
