Moderated by experts with multidisciplinary profiles, the debate made it possible, among other things, to identify the theoretical and practical contours of the concept of emergence, to present examples of reforms undertaken by Morocco in comparison with those carried out in emerging countries and to identify some avenues for reflection in order to facilitate the integration of the country into the concert of emerging nations.
