- The 4th edition of the conference “Coalition of Knowledge Storm”
M. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE, IRES Director General, presented a communication on the occasion of the 4th edition of the conference “ coalition of knowledge storm”, held April 27th April in Cairo and to which took part senior representatives of strategic research centres from the Gulf countries, Morocco, Egypt and Jordan.
After setting the concept of security within a comprehensive approach, Mr MOULINE highlighted threats to the security of the Arab countries at various levels : geopolitical, economic, social and cultural, climatic and environmental. He suggested some proposals so as to mitigate the vulnerability of the Arab world and to strengthen security cooperation among the Arab countries. Finally, Mr MOULINE outlined the actions taken by Morocco in the area of defending Arab interests, among which the Palestinian issue.*
