The Royal Institute for Strategic Studies (IRES) took part to the 7th edition of the Mediterranean economic meeting, held in Marseille on October 15th, 2011, under the theme: "Ensuring economic transition in the Mediterranean". During this event, Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE, IRES Director General, made a communication entitled: "The reform process in Morocco: Achievements and prospects"

The event was organized by the Institute of the Mediterranean (FEMISE), in collaboration with the Secretariat of the Union for the Mediterranean (UPM) and the French Interministerial Mission to the UPM.
