External relations

Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE, Director General of IRES took part to the seventh edition of the "Knowledge Coalition" held by the Emirates Center for Strategic Studies and Research on October 8th and 9th, on the topic “Arab world’s future in the technology era”.

Mr. MOULINE presented a communication on the impact of technology on Arab citizens’ lifestyle and submitted proposals aiming at reducing the technological gap between the Arab world and developed countries.
