Ethical Digital Transformation as a Lever of Change for Inclusive Development

Mr. Tawfik Mouline, Director General of the Royal Institute for Strategic Studies, took part in the Crans Montana Forum on June 28, 2024, with a paper entitled "Ethical Digital Transformation as a Lever for Change at the Service of Inclusive Development." After highlighting the opportunities and risks for Africa of digital transformation on the political, security, economic, social, societal, and environmental levels, the speaker reviewed Morocco's various achievements in this field, its international positioning, and the steps still to be taken to make the Kingdom a digital hub serving Africa.
