- Mission of IRES’ Director General in Brussels
Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINEthe Director General of IRES was on a mission to Brussels, on 14 and 15 November 2019. He presented the conclusions of the Institute's 2018 strategic report on the autonomous development of Africa and on the contribution of Morocco to the continent development.
This meeting, organized at the initiative of Ahmed RAHHOU, Ambassador of Morocco to the European Union and NATO, was attended by members of the European Parliament, senior officials of the European Commission, the Ambassador of Morocco in Belgium and Moroccan personalities.
Mr MOULINE also took part in the Crans Montana Forum on "Women and Youth: Keys to Growth and Development", held in Brussels from 14 to 16 November 2019. He made a communication entitled "The southern provinces as a hub and portal to sub-Saharan Africa" as part of the preparations for the sixth edition of the Crans Montana Forum, scheduled for 18-21 March 2020 in Dakhla.
