External relations

IRES took part to the seminar organized jointly by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, December 10, 2013 in Rabat, on the theme "Morocco -Germany: 50 years of cooperation ", through a communication of its Director General, Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE.

This communication has highlighted key levers to strengthen bilateral cooperation between the two countries, with view to various opportunities associated with the process of advanced regionalization being implemented in Morocco as well as the prospects of extending this cooperation to other areas of common interest, including Africa, by means of development projects that fall within the framework of triangular cooperation.
