Participation of IRES the scientific seminar “Morocco-Europe : the regulatory convergence : achievements and limits”

The Royal Institute for Strategic Studies took part to the scientific seminar “Morocco-Europe : the regulatory convergence : achievements and limits",  organized by Ribat Al Fath Association for Sustainable Development and Konrad Adenauer Foundation (Office of Morocco), held in Rabat May 9th, 2013, through a communication of its Director General, Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE in the opening session.
In this communication, emphasize was made on the distinctiveness of the Moroccan case in the area of regulatory convergence, on some key findings of the study launched by IRES in 2010, related to the proximity of the Moroccan regulatory and normative system with the “acquis communautaire” and the exploration of some key ideas on the appropriate levers to accomplish this major project.
