The Royal Institute for Strategic Studies took part, to the International Congress, organized by the Institute of Hispanic and Lusophone Studies in Rabat, on October 17, 2018, through a communication of its Director General, Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE on the theme "The partnership between Morocco, Africa and Latin America: opportunities, potential and challenges ".

This communication highlighted the importance of the South Atlantic area, its potential and present and future challenges, geostrategically, securely, economically, culturally and environmentally. Some proposals have been made to address the above challenges.

The strengths of Morocco have been highlighted. It allows the Kingdom to play a bridge role between Africa and Latin America.
