As part of its permanent mission of strategic watch and its program " Morocco’s external relations”, IRES hosted, may 09, 2014, a seminar devoted to the discussion of key findings of the provisional report of the study on "The dynamics of change driven by the Arab spring : what impact on the positioning of Morocco ?".

During this seminar, attended by diplomats, representatives of public and private sector as well as university experts, emphasis was placed was on new geopolitical, security and economic realities induced by the ongoing mutations in the world Arab and their resulting impacts on Morocco in terms of opportunities and risks. Discussions tackled also some foreign policy options that can strengthen Morocco’s strategic repositioning in the region.
