Power sharing in the Middle East
As part of the cooperation between IRES and the German Institute for Global and Area Studies (GIGA), the Director General of the Institute, Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE, took part to the conference, organized December 5-6, 2013 in Hamburg, by the Institute of Middle East Study, affiliated to GIGA, on the theme " power sharing in the Middle East."
The conference focused on the prospects of social and political changes in the Middle East and on the Moroccan experience in terms of democratic transition, through reference to key reforms undertaken by the Kingdom since the accession of His Majesty The King Mohammed VI to the Throne and to the contributions of the July 2011 Constitution in this matter.
