Recent developments of the geopolitical situation in the Gulf region
The Royal Institute for Strategic Studies (IRES) organized on July 12, 2017 a brainstorming session to examine the recent developments of the geopolitical situation in the Gulf region.
The meeting, which was led by experts on geopolitical and security issues, focused on identifying the drivers of the current Gulf crisis and the assessment of its direct and indirect impact on the regional and international level. The meeting addressed, also, the potential role of Morocco in the resolution of this crisis.
