The Royal Institute for Strategic Studies organized September 10, 2015, in partnership with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, a meeting on the theme "What prospects of the European Neighborhood Policy amidst regional and international mutations ?
The meeting, attended by diplomats and European and South Mediterranean experts, falls under the reflection launched by the European Commission on the reform of the European Neighborhood Policy. It was devoted to the examination of new issues and challenges facing the region as a whole, the exploration of regional cooperation tools in order to enhance the efficiency of the European Neighborhood Policy as well as the role of stakeholders in the design and implementation of the partnership between the European Union and southern Mediterranean countries.
