What prospects for strengthening Morocco-Italy relations ?
His Excellency, Mr. Roberto NATALI. Ambassador of Italy to Morocco, hosted on January 12, 2017 at IRES, a panel discussion on the theme "What are the prospects for strengthening Morocco-Italy relations in a globalized world ?"
Attended by diplomats, public and private actors as well as experts of international issues, this meeting highlighted Italy’s foreign policy priorities within the multilateral system and at the regional level, mainly in the Mediterranean, the specifics of Morocco-Italy relations and the prospects for their strengthening in sectors and geographical areas of common interest.
Other aspects were discussed, including the required strategic levers to provide substantive responses to some issues of high impact on the future of the Mediterranean, among which are the migration crisis and the rise of terrorist threats.
