The Royal Institute for Strategic Studies took part in the 4th edition of Gulf Invest Forum 2014, organized under the High Patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, by the Union of Chambers of Commerce of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), through a communication of its Director General, Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE, at the plenary session, which emphasized the role of Africa as an area of projection of cooperation between Morocco and GCC countries as well as the required strategic levers to grasp the various opportunities arising from this cooperation.
