7th edition of the international conference on public finances under the theme : “what management of public finances reforms in Morocco and France ?”

The IRES Director General, Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE, chaired, on September 14, 2013, the proceedings of the second session of the International Conference on Public Finances organized by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, in partnership with the Association for the International Foundation of Public Finance. This session, facilitated by Moroccan and French experts in the field of public finances, was devoted to the examination of the strategic management of the fiscal and budgetary reforms as well as the issue of sharing financial power between the State and local Authorities.
