The Royal Institute for Strategic Studies took part to the Third Plenary Meeting of the Initiative for Investment in the Mediterranean (2IM), held in Barcelona on March 16th, 2011, through a communication of its Director General, Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE, on "Human capital and investment in the Mediterranean : a regional comparison."
This event was organized by the Caisse des Dépôts et des Consignations (France), the Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion (Morocco) and the Institut de Prospective Economique du Monde Méditerranéen (IPEMED), in association with the Institut Européen de la Méditerranée (IEMed) and the CAIXA de Barcelone.
