The Royal Institute for Strategic Studies (IRES), took part to the Iftar-Debate organized by the ESSEC Alumni Association, on August 23rd, 2011 in Casablanca, under the theme: “ New constitution, new governance, what economic prospects for youth? “.
During this event, Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE, IRES Director General, delivered a communication entitled: “Youth issue and place of youth within the Moroccan society”.
