Mr. Mohammed Tawfik MOULINE, Director General of the Royal Institute for Strategic Studies, facilitate a conference, organized on October 22, 2018, by the Faculty of Law, Economic and Social Sciences of Fez. The conference was attended by, the Dean of the Faculty, the professors, the PhD students and the students.
On this occasion, Mr. MOULINE presented the conclusions of IRES 2018 strategic report "For an autonomous development of Africa":

  • by identifying the main characteristics of this continent, in an approach that is meant to be African and therefore different from the usual Western perception,
  • highlighting, in addition to climate change, three major nodes of the future: urban sprawl, rural transformation and the challenge of security and governance,
  • by identifying the levers for Africa's autonomous development, namely, energy transition, digital transition, economic transition and economic governance, as well as the springs of autonomy such as human capital, the development of ubuntu and the reconciliation of Africans with themselves and with nature ...  Présentation de M.
